Brush Plating

Brush plating, also known as "selective plating," is an electrochemical process. It is used to electroplate and anodize localized areas on OEM components, as well as parts that need coatings for repair and dimensional restoration. We offer various specifications, including MIL-STD-865.

At H&W Global, we can apply zinc, nickel, silver, copper, or tin during this process. The chosen material is brush applied at various thicknesses, based on customer requirements. Brush plating is typically applied to a localized area on a large piece of equipment that cannot be disassembled or would require extensive masking.
